Things are moving along

Wow! So much has happened since our last post. It's really quite exciting! I'm still blown away by all of the love and support we've received, even knowing this project has taken longer than expected to come to fruition. In talking to other float center owners, we've discovered that delays are certainly the norm in this not-so-normal construction process.
The short version is that the major plumbing phase is complete, tanks are ordered, and framing has begun! So that means we check another box on our progress checklist, and our discounted prices shift just a bit again.
To get to the nitty gritty, here's what has made us dance lots of happy dances as our space at The Kula Center is starting to take shape:
We have our very own shiny new electrical panel.
The floors took a good grinding.
Those smoother floors were cut wide open and entirely new plumbing has been run throughout the space to make way for a restroom, laundry room, and three showers.
We passed the plumbing inspection.
We closed on our loans so we aren't paying completely out of pocket for a bit.
The three beautiful Wave float rooms have been ordered! They're custom made to order, and take about 8 weeks to build.
Framing is now currently underway!
Also, a special shout out to our friends at The Kula Center. The rest of the building - including Inner Spring Yoga, Integrating Healthy Habits, Dailey Wellness & Massage, Jamie Homeister, and Sacred Rose Medicinals - is already open. It's a quiet place for healing and finding peace, so you can imagine how jarring it can be for jack hammering, drilling, and lots of banging to be happening. To each business owners and to each of their clients, we're so thankful for your patience and understanding.
We're so excited for this progress, and we can't wait to welcome you to this space of transformation.
In happiness and joy,
Kim and Graham
